Shuttle-Bus Booking System

The Shuttle Bus system allows for the logging and maintenance of transport requests. New passenger details may be entered, or for existing passengers these may be retrieved and modified if required.

There is a facility to retrieve existing calls and modify them as required.

The trip details (appointment date / time etc.) are entered, and the trip scheduled against a pre-set schedule.

Prior to a vehicles being dispatched, trips are allocated to a vehicle. This then allows for schedule to be printed and handed to the driver prior to each departure. This schedule may include a graphical map if required.

The system allows for multiple zones for a hospital (you may have more than one hospital), and multiple areas within those zones. Each town is allocated to an area.

A zone may be set up with a unique timetable schedule, and can be served by one or more vehicles.

 The system makes extensive use of user definable data, allowing it to be tailored to requirements.

 Reports are available to track statistics, and an on-line screen is also available to display the number of trips logged for a particular hospital / zone / month.
